Rather than imagining an architecture school as a single permanent institution, the project explores how vacant and underused spaces across the city can become temporary sites for learning, production, and exhibition through minimal and reversible interventions. Beginning with small-scale transformations inside a residential community center and later expanding into a larger industrial site. The work develops a repeatable methodology in which temporary occupation and permanent architectural transformation continuously inform one another. Through this process, architecture is understood not as a fixed object, but as an evolving system of adaptation, reuse, and spatial exchange shaped directly by existing conditions.
